Ben movie. Reel Life Education Project. Preview in the Isle of Man.

[soliloquy id=”616″]

Last Friday (November 7th, 2014) I attended the preview of the film Ben, made by the Reel Life Education Project.

The Reel Life Education Project has been developed in conjunction with the Isle of Man Police Force to tackle the issues that they have highlighted as being their greatest concerns.

These short films will be aimed at a variety of age groups and will engage with subjects such as drink driving, cyber bullying and ‘date rape’.

‘Ben’, the second film in the series, is about a young free runner who’s life becomes derailed through taking mephedrone. ‘Ben’ was shot in Manchester and directed by Simon Powell. It stars free running sensation Will Sutton.

I’m sure that everybody who attended the preview would agree with me that the RLEP films are very thought-provoking.
